How small businesses are changing with the introduction of latest mobile applications?

Nowdays very small scale businesses rely on mobile applications to run their day to day business activities such as business transaction, delivery checking, invoice payments, customers records and so on. According to the research done over 750 small businesses many owners come up with positive ideas about how these applications overcome their problems.

How mobile applications overcome the challenges faced by small businesses?

It completely depends upon the employee about the benefits of the uses of internal mobile applications or value offering to the customers, suppliers and partners.
Another Survey conducted by eVoice a IP telephone service provider, it is found that a small business could save upto $377 average in a month which could save upto $4,500 every years, on the top of that they are saving time too.

31 perecentage of the small businesses who have 20 or less than 20 employee are increasing efficiency by using these applications. In another survey of 400 participants it was found that the number of mobile users have been increased by 70% in last 2 years.

Here is an example of a mobile application of a digital royality card.

Wealie, a  growing mobile application who has come up with following objectives:
  • Enalrge the number of customers
  • Promotion of the business
  • Analysing trend and activity
  • Rewarding
  • Saving printing cost, papers and electricity.

The pictures shown above are the appliactions of Wealie, which are the digital loyality cards aften use over 100 of coffe shops and juice bars and saloon and so on  across the country and infact in overseas too.

I, personally go to the loacl cafe, COFFEE TEA & ME at Redfern, whenever I buy a coffee I use the application to scan the given barcode which records how many coffee I had and offer me a free coffee in every fifth coffee I buy. So, How cool is it? I do not have to ask for a paper thing to record the data ( the number of coffee I buy and get free one) and it even  asks for the feedback too.

Personally I believe this mobile application makes everything easier for the owner and the employee.

  1. Use Harvard style referencing and do not forget to reference within text. Some references are missing. I cannot understand where you got these information from such as r 750 small businesses many owners ....Be careful for the spelling and grammar mistakes.
